Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
